The Best Essential Oils to Support Your Digestion

In the meantime, I want to share with you some of the best essential oils to support your digestion.

Essential oils can benefit and support your health in a variety of ways, but did you know they can help with digestive problems? Depending on what specific digestive condition you have, there are oils that may offer great support and relief. In this video, we’ll discuss several oils that provide overall digestive support for a number of symptoms. There are additional oils that might be recommended for your specific concerns, but the oils in this video are wonderful options to start with.

As I’ll explain in the video you can try these oils individually or in a blend. I personally prefer the blend.

The best ways to use oils to support digestive health are topically and internally. Remember, if you choose to take oils internally, make sure they are Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade oils and are approved for internal use.

When using these oils both topically and internally, a little bit goes a long way. I would recommend 1-2 drops. You can add a drop to a couple ounces of water and drink it or put a couple drops in a veggie capsule.

For occasional abdominal discomfort and bloating, I recommend using these oils topically. Simply rub 1-2 drops over your abdomen in a clockwise direction. I like to mix the oils with a carrier oil like fractionated coconut oil and apply topically. It’s easier to cover a larger surface area that way.

While there are a number of essential oil brands on the market, I choose to use doTERRA essential oils because they offer the highest quality and purity, so I feel confident with using them for myself and my family.
